Neil is a 1982 graduate of Loyola Law School, completing his Juris Doctor degree in a self-accelerated 2 1/2 years. He practices Family Law exclusively, and is also an experienced arbitrator/mediator; utilizing these skills in his representation of clients when advantageous.

Since 1999, Neil has served as a Judge Pro Tem in Contra Costa and Solano County Courts.
