Cliff is a 1984 graduate of Maine Law School with a Masters Degree in economics from Washington University.   Cliff has practiced Family Law throughout the Bay Area as well as the Sacramento and Los Angeles areas. He has also served as Judge Pro Tem for the Superior Courts.   email
